Wildfire Community Preparedness Day – Fort Bidwell Community Cleanup

Join us on Saturday, May 2, 2026, as Fort Bidwell takes part in Wildfire Community Preparedness Day a national campaign held annually on the first Saturday in May that brings people and organizations together to raise wildfire awareness and reduce risk in their communities.

This year, Fort Bidwell is rolling up its sleeves with a community cleanup to help protect our homes and neighborhoods from wildfire. 

Whether you're a longtime resident or new to the area, this is a great opportunity to connect with neighbors, learn about defensible space, and make a real difference one cleanup at a time.
