I moved to Modoc County in 2016, and it didn’t take long for this beautiful, resilient community to feel like home. Today, I serve as the Wildfire Mitigation Coordinator for the Modoc Fire Safe Council, where I lead collaboration, education, and outreach efforts aimed at making safety second nature for every household, every child, and every season. From wildfire prevention to emergency preparedness, I work hand-in-hand with local partners to help Modoc grow safer and stronger.

I lead with heart, stay organized, and believe deeply in the power of people. My faith and love for the outdoors fuel my work and remind me that resilience starts with connection. Whether I’m refining grant strategy or coordinating hands-on workshops, I aim to bring encouragement, resources, and a little inspiration to every corner of our county.
